At Cleeland Dental we take pride in providing quality dental care, in a caring and relaxed environment, to ensure that our patients remain healthy and satisfied with their treatment for many years.
Our Dental Surgeons are Dr John Traiforos, owner of Cleeland Dental, and Dr Brenda Morris.
Now in our 54th year – serving the community of Dandenong since 1969 – our business was first established in the old AMP building in the town centre, before relocating to our current premises on Cleeland Street where we have been since 1994.
We are your local practice where all aspects of dental care are undertaken with the aim of maintaining healthy teeth and gums for life.
Treatment philosophy
Our approach is all about building relationships! John gets tremendous personal satisfaction helping nervous patients feel more comfortable in his chair – and his patients absolutely love him for it.
Patient safety is our priority. We ask that all patients sanitise their hands when entering the building with the hand sanitiser provided. Air purifiers and ventilation throughout the building runs all day.
High velocity intraoral suction is used to reduce aerosols. Class B sterilisers are used for the processing of all reusable dental equipment including handpieces and all instruments are tagged and tracked. Viricidal disinfectants are used routinely on hard surfaces throughout the practice including the bathrooms.
All staff are provided with enhanced PPE and trained in infection control protocols and procedures. All staff have been fully vaccinated.
